Fitness Video For the Hearing Impaired

Thursday, October 11th, 2007

Here is a good idea whose time has come.  Senior fitness trainer Craig Marcacci has released a second video for seniors called “Easy Does It! Staying Active! Staying Fit!” that contains extensive menus as well as titles and formats that are specifically designed to make the exercises on the video easier for the hearing impaired to follow.

Like Marcacci’s first fitness video which was simply titled “Easy Does It!” this fitness program is specifically designed so that people aged 55 or older could follow a safe exercise program that is geared to help them maintain their flexibility and overall fitness level.
